如有任何动议，敬请于会员大会前一星期（即2026年3月21日，星期六）前，通过上述电邮或 WhatsApp 提交，以便列入议程。逾期恕不受理。大会当天恕不接受口头提案，特此声明。

Dear Members,
The 40th Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, 28 March 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the Audio-Visual Room of Chongfu School.
A buffet lunch will be served at 12:00 noon. Members who wish to attend are kindly requested to register by 14 March 2026 via email at chongfualumni@yahoo.com.sg or WhatsApp at 80906871. Please provide your Chinese and/or English name and mobile number for registration.
Members who wish to submit any motion(s) for discussion are requested to do so via the above email or WhatsApp by Saturday, 21 March 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Motions raised verbally during the AGM will not be entertained.
Your attendance is important to us, and we kindly request your punctual presence.
